We strive to deliver data-driven solutions that inspire, and together we enable ECB employees to excel every day.
Our Division is responsible for interactions between Human Resources (HR) and the rest of the organisation. In your role as an HR Business Partner, you will be part of a team of colleagues acting as strategic partners for leaders in assigned business areas, working in close collaboration with Employee Partners and the Talent Acquisition team. HR Business Partners also act as agents of change, proactively bringing the ECB’s “people strategy” to life and bringing the needs of the business areas they serve to the forefront of the HR agenda.
In partnership with our clients and other HR divisions, we are striving for a more agile and responsive HR function with a strong customer focus that is able to deliver on modern HR solutions.
